Terms and Conditions

Thank you for using Meat Hut services. We assure that you will find the use of Meat Hut convenient and easy. By using this website you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions set out below and you are above 18 years of age. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this website. It shall be your responsibility to check the terms & conditions for any changes or amendments which shall be made from time to time.

1. Meat Hut Business and Scope of the Service Provided

Meat Hut is an ecommerce platform that delivers raw meat and other related or non-related products through its delivery channel online.

    1. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Acceptance of the order is at the discretion of Meat Hut. A contract will only be given effect once we notify you that we have confirmed your order. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you. Payment of the order is due at the time of delivery or in case of online payment either you will receive the goods from our side or we will refund you the money. In case of Online payment any variance in your order to actual delivery will be paid back to you in cash on delivery or money in excess of your initially charged bill will be demanded on delivery.

 

    1. Prices of products sold through our website may be different for different locations and customers.

 

    1. Meat Hut team will deliver the products at the address specified during order confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure presence of someone responsible to receive the order. Anyone receiving the order at the specified address will be presumed to be a person authorized by you to receive and is required to make full payment of the order. If the order is undelivered due to absence of any receiver or wrong delivery address, an additional delivery fees can be applied on re-delivery of the order.

 

2. Terms of Use

Any order placed by you at our website is deemed to have been placed in accordance with these Terms of Use.

    1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and competent to enter into legally binding agreement. You shall not use this website if you are not competent to contract under the applicable laws, rules and regulations.

 

    1. Pricing

All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Posted prices include all taxes and charges unless specified. All prices are maximum retail price unless specified otherwise.

 

    1. Cancellation Policies

It is our policy to permit you to cancel the order until a contract has been made effective i.e. before we notify you via email/phone call of dispatch of the order. Once an order is dispatched, no cancellations can take place. However, in exceptional cases this is possible after analyzing authenticity of the situation and Meat hut approvals. We reserve the right to cancel order If any fraudulent transaction is suspected or a transaction is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Meat Hut.

 

    1. Discounts and Coupons

Each voucher/discount coupon may have certain conditions such as a minimum order requirement, single use or validity for a specific time period. Upon entering the coupon code on the website bill amount is automatically adjusted as per the conditions of the coupon. You are eligible to use only one promotional/discount scheme at a time. Discount coupons are irreplaceable if lost or stolen and cannot be sold, refunded, exchanged, transferred, shared or returned. No reproduction of voucher code is permitted. Meat Hut reserves the right to verify the coupon and declare it null and void if any duplication or fraudulent activity is suspected. All decisions of Meat Hut with regards to the discount codes and promotional coupons are final.

 

    1. Payment

All payments are to be made in full and in cash (only in PKR) at the time of delivery. In case you opt for online payment, variance will be demanded or if in excess will be returned to you at the time of delivery.

 

    1. Returns and Refunds

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product delivered, please contact our customer service team on details given under contact us page or email us at info@meathut.com within 24 Hrs after delivery, however in case the claim is not made within the specified time, we are not responsible for the return or refund of the same. There will be no charge for the replacement or return of the items.

 

    1. Referrals

Meat Hut reserves the right to withhold the referral bonus if,

 

      1. Duplicate accounts belong to the same person
      2. Members stay at the same address.

 

3. Intellectual Property

All material contained on this website and/or associated to this service is owned by or licensed to Meat Hut. This material includes, but not limited to, design, layout, look, appearance, graphics and contents. Reproduction of any of the same in any form is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

The “Meat Hut” any other trademarks associated to this products and service are the intellectual property of Meat Hut PVT LTD exclusively unless stated otherwise.

 

4. Delivery Information

Currently deliveries are only made in area mentioned in website during order placement. Any order booked for a delivery in the areas beyond the above-mentioned areas will not be entertained and considered void. Online payments made for such ordered will be refunded as per the bank policies.

Meat Hut delivers within 120 minutes during the working timings and arranged on a first come first served basis.

Minimum order limit is applied and may vary. No order below minimum order limits will be entertained. There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The prices mentioned on the website are the final prices. However, the delivery charges of PKR 50 will be charge if free delivery promotion is not available. The reschedule delivery charges fee of Rs. 50 will be charged per attempt of delivery.

To access most areas of the website, it is important to create an account and become a member of Meat Hut. As per the agreement, in order to transact with Meat Hut you agree to provide us your correct, complete and up to date information including, but not limited to, your legal name, billing and delivery addresses, active contact number and you are responsible update any change in your Customer Registration Data before any purchase. Once you become a member, safeguarding and maintaining confidentiality of your account user name and password is your responsibility too. Meat Hut reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel any offers, your orders and suspend/terminate the account if any fraud or irregular activity is detected or suspected with your account.

6. Arbitration

In case if any dispute arises between you and Meat Hut, and if same is not settled by mutual consultation, it will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1940, the award of the arbitrators or umpire, as the case may be, shall be final and binding and arbitration proceeding shall be held in Karachi.

7. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Meat Hut, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, including, but not limited to any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of its obligations under this agreement.

8. Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us and we want you to feel safe and at ease while shopping at our website. This privacy policy will illustrate the information that is gathered and protection techniques of such information, as well as the uses of the information you provide to us. The fact that you trust us and are shopping at our website means that you agree and accept the practices described in this privacy and security policy that may be changed from time to time. Your use of the materials included on this website is for information and shopping purposes only. You agree you will not distribute, publish, transmit, modify, display or create derivative works from or exploit the contents of this website in any way.

Anyone can freely browse the website without registering. Placing an order with us would require you to share your personal details with us. At the time of placing your order, you have the option to either check out as a guest or become a member. In both cases, information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery details are required. If you are checking out as a guest, you will not be a registered member of Meat Hut and not eligible for Meat Hut loyalty points, however your information will be saved with us.
